If you want one for yourself

1. Pick a blank. A t-shirt, hoodie or mug. The price shown is what you pay, printing and delivery included.
2. Design it. Add your own picture or type some text. The studio shows you the print area in centimetres and warns you if a picture is too small to print sharply.
3. Pay. Card or M-Pesa. You do not need an account.
4. We print and deliver it. You get an email when it is printed, another when it ships.

If you want to sell

1. Open a store. Choose a name; your storefront gets its own address on PrintSap.
2. Design a product from the same catalogue. You see your cost per print, not a retail price.
3. Set your own price. Anything above your cost is yours. You keep the difference on every sale.
4. Connect a payout account. Bank or M-Pesa. Your share is paid to you directly as each order is paid for — it does not sit with us.
5. We do the rest. Printing, packing, delivery and customer email. You are told what sold and what you earned.

What we print on

Everything is printed to order in Nairobi by a print partner we work with directly. Our current range is unisex t-shirts, hoodies and mugs, in the sizes and colours shown on each product.

We use DTF (direct-to-film) printing for most apparel, which handles full-colour artwork and photographs well. Screen printing and embroidery are available on some products.

How long it takes

Printing takes one to three working days once an order is paid for. Delivery within Nairobi is usually next day after that; the rest of Kenya takes two to four days. You can track an order at any point with the reference from your receipt.

If something is wrong

Because every item is made for one person, we cannot resell a returned item, so we do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind. We do replace anything that arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered. See our terms for the detail, and get in touch if something has gone wrong.
