PrintSap
Pricing

One price to print. You choose what to charge.

There is no monthly fee, no listing fee and no minimum order. You pay for what gets printed, when it gets printed.

If you are buying

The price on a product is what you pay. Printing and delivery are already in it. There is nothing added at checkout.

Some colours cost a little more to print; the studio shows the price as you choose. See the full catalogue.

If you are selling

Your cost per print is the price above. You set the retail price. The difference is yours, on every sale.

An example. A unisex tee costs you KES 1,200 to print. You list it at KES 1,920. A customer pays KES 1,920, we take KES 1,200 for printing and delivery, and KES 720 goes to your account.

Your share is paid out by Paystack as each order is paid for, straight to the bank or M-Pesa account you connect. It does not sit with PrintSap and there is nothing to withdraw.

What PrintSap charges

To open a store
Nothing. There is no monthly fee and no listing fee.
Per sale
Nothing beyond the cost per print. We make our margin inside that figure — what you see as your cost already includes it, so there is no second cut taken from what you charge.
Payment processing
Paystack’s own fee is deducted from the transaction before it is split. Their current rates are published on paystack.com.
Delivery
Included in the cost per print, anywhere we deliver in Kenya.
Samples
A seller can order their own product at cost, with no margin, to check it before customers see it. Samples are kept out of your sales figures.

A price below your cost is refused

A product cannot be listed at or below what it costs to print. The publish page works the margin out in front of you and will not let you save a price that loses money on every sale.
